Talloires as a base for half-term skiing in Grand Bornand

This half term the weather could not decide if it was Winter or Spring. Snowdrops and daffodils next to one another in the garden. So we did both! Lakeside walks in the morning and skiing in the afternoon. And it worked! Heading up the mountain at noon took just 30 mins and there was always a free parking spot right at the bottom of Le Rosay telecabine. While the grandparents pottered around in Talloires and cycled along the lake towards Faverges, the young enjoyed skiing lessons with the super professional ESF team at Grand Bornand. Everyone happy, from age 9 to nearly 84.
